Always remember to use light pressure when moving the gua sha tool and the roller over the areas of your face. Gua sha and Rose Quartz rolling should never cause irritation or pain. Apply a few drops of your favourite facial oil onto clean skin.
Roller: Use the wide end of the roller and roll in an outwards direction, starting at your jaw line and moving up towards your under eye area. Use upward strokes on your forehead.
Gua sha: Hold the tool at angle that is almost flat (but not quite) and use upwards and outwards motions, beginning at your jawline and working up to your cheekbones. Take care to use extra-light pressure under your eyes. Use upward strokes on your forehead.
Eye mask:After cleansing and applying any facial oils or serum (Bonus Points: if your routine includes the use of a SAINT LUMI Facial Roller or Gua Sha Tool), find a comfy spot to lay down and place the eye mask over your eyes.
